Since I poured my very first candle for Clive’s Candles back in 2014, one thing has always mattered most: creating beautifully fragranced products that people love and feel good about buying. I’ve always been proud to keep our prices fair and our quality high and I’ve done my best to absorb the rising costs that come with running a small business.

Over the past few years, the cost of everything, from fragrance oils to packaging, has increased significantly. Where possible, I’ve taken on those increases without passing them on. But unfortunately, the rising cost of our core ingredients, especially fragrances, has now reached a point where I need to make a small change.

From 14th July, our updated prices will be:

🕯️ Candles in a Tin  – £14 each
🕯️ Three Candle Bundle – £38

🕯️Candle and a Diffuser – £35

As part of our commitment to our customers, the price of our Candle and Diffuser bundle will remain unchanged. Although the cost of producing the candle has increased, we’ve chosen to absorb this so you can continue to enjoy great value.

This isn’t a decision I’ve made lightly. As a small, family-run business, I always want to be honest and respectful to the people who support us and that includes making sure we can continue crafting the high-quality, long-lasting products you know and love.

Rising supplier costs have made things challenging, but we’ve never considered cutting corners. The quality of our fragrances, their richness, strength, and the way they fill a room, is at the heart of what we do. We know that’s what our customers value, and we’re committed to keeping that standard, no matter what.
