Everything you need to know for festive shopping with Clive’s Candles

As we head into the final countdown to Christmas, we want to make your festive shopping as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below, you’ll find all the key dates for Christmas deliveries, store hours and online orders.

Last Posting Date for Christmas Delivery

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas Day, please place your online purchase by 17th December.

Orders placed after this date will still be processed, but delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed due to seasonal courier demand.

If you’re shopping for Christmas gifts, we always recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

Christmas Store Opening Hours

Our store at The Ferrers Centre will be open right up until 4pm on 23rd December, when we close for a short winter break after the busy festive season.

We’ll reopen our doors at 11am on 10th January, refreshed and ready for the year ahead.

Online Orders During the Christmas Break

Our online shop will remain open throughout the Christmas period, but please note:

Orders placed between 23rd December and 13th January will not be dispatched during this time.

All online orders made while the store is closed will be processed and shipped on 14th January when we return.

If you’d like your order delivered before Christmas, please make sure your purchase is completed by 17th December.
